Address looming funding deficit when federal COVID funds currently dedicated to housing the unhoused run out at the end of 2024. Discuss the scope of City responsibility going forward and explore alternate funding sources.

Seek creative ways to address our affordable housing shortage while retaining existing housing that’s affordable.

Roads & Streets

Continue improvements to roads, streets, and other infrastructure. Raise visibility of City education initiatives about in-progress and planned projects.

Explore new indoor recreation opportunities, with potential for tourism dollars, through public-private partnerships.
